Destination Measures

Post 16 Destination information

At this early stage, destination information has been gathered from a range of sources including pupils, parents and staff who have supported students during their transitions. Improvements in the Manchester College internal monitoring systems have provided much earlier indications of who is on roll.

The information we have is broken down as follows: As the start date for most college courses was the 9th September, we are still in the process of tracking student’s enrolment and attendance. All learning centres, as well as our Career Connect co-located workers are in the process of chasing up the 77 NEET/Unknowns. The initial subgroup analysis has involved considering the destination information for boys, girls, LAC and students with an EHCP, compared with the destination information of all students.
